Marean Lake Resort offers a great opportunity to put down roots at a family focused lake community. The resort has been in operation for many decades with good services including a beach booth with showers, laundry and washrooms. The boat launch is easy to use and there is ample parking nearby as well as seasonal and weekly dock rentals available. A new fish shack, RV lots, mini golf and more are all within the resort. The lake has great fishing and is located close to Greenwater Provincial Park where there is a nice golf course, marina and lots of fun activities. Take a walk on Clingers Trail with kilometres of nature hiking paths and lookout points over the water. Sunny days at the beach are a must with an in water slide and playground for the kids as well as a large grass area for seating. The lot is a wedge shape with a partial view of the water and backs a buffer zone which allows for a little more space between neighbours. Easy access from a well maintained road which can accommodate an RTM.
