This is a sublease of individual rooms in a cozy office space right beside the Runnymede TTC Station. We book in ongoing blocks of 2-5 hours. This office space is available to anyone in a healing/medical profession. We also have space to store collapsible exam/massage tables. Discounts on prices can be negotiated for rentals of 2+ days/week with 3+ hours/day. Main floor units are $24/hr, Upstairs units $22/hr, Basement $18 per hour. You can book as many or as few days per week as you like as long as the schedule is consistent. Rooms are available for 7am to 1pm.**** EXTRAS **** Please note that the rental is for the space only.
