Confused… Ain’t you? Don’t worry, I have 8 secrets to reveal to you guys to clear out all the mess and boxing up all those pretty pieces for the new year. All you need is your little time and affection.  Stay with me!

1.    Find Perfect Size Box for Your Wreath:

Ah! Didn’t your heart stop for a second by the look of that cute wreath coiled in a very brutal way inside the box? For a quick knowledge, I assure you that there are proper size plastic containers and bags available in the market just for your wreath. Don’t push it inside a wrong size bag, it will ruin and break it like hell. If you don’t find any proper storage bag, which is a big fat lie, but in case you don’t find it, let your wreath swing in a hanger with a plastic wrapping around it. Keep it safe!

2.    Make Use of Your Cardboard Egg Carton:

Use your brain. How can a cardboard egg carton help you in general purpose? No worries, don’t bump your brain too much. These cardboard egg carton looks very attractive while tangling on a rope. But this time, in spite of keeping it for another year, use it for other purposes. These egg cartons are a very fine thing to keep safe your little touch-me-not bulbs and small decorations. Make sure you tie a rubber band or tight thread around it to keep them in their place without any worries of breaking apart. So, it’s a win-win?!

3.    Search Best Place for Your Knick-knacks:

Do you have a perfect Christmas ornament storage box? Everybody has! But if you don’t, must have it. Because this is the perfect place for your little-things to be safe and sound. And a second option would be a shoebox. Right? But before directly putting all the things together in a box, first, wrap all pieces in a plastic wrapping, then put them in a shoebox. You can do more efforts if you can make separate corners in a shoebox with a cardboard, this ensures no mingling of ornaments with each other. After that, put the shoebox into a bin. The wrapping will save you from future messing because if one of the things breaks, you will not have to clean up the large area, instead, you will only wipe the mess from that particular wrapping. Keep them secure!

4.    Tag All the Cartons:

For organizing your Christmas ornaments, boxing up all the things is not the only thing you should be doing. If you want to remember in which box you put the specific thing, then you have to gear-up more. Make some cute and little labels of all the things and stick to the particular boxes for future celebrations and remembrance. Bring your inner Artisan out!

Though these Christmas lights look very fascinating, these are actually very brainstorming thing after the Christmas. They get themselves mingled and jingled with each other, and you must find it very difficult to separate them. You can use any cardboard box to keep these lights. It is recommended that wrapping them in a piece of cardboard that is in the ratio of 8 x 10 inches, you can easily keep them safe. Another option is to make a cord-like structure with a cardboard and fold the lights with their wires around it to keep them discrete for future use. Have some mingle with these lights!

6.    Protect Your Christmas Tree:

If you like to make the Christmas tree all a new one everyone, then skip this point. But if you re-use your artificial Christmas tree then there should be a proper place for its storage without causing any harm to it. Bring a big box or a laundry bag will also do fine to keep it innocuous. Color duct tapes help you in the identification of each layer of the Christmas tree. So, next year for the 25th of December, you will not surround with any difficulty in rearranging them. Let the tree sparkles with green!

All the remaining wrapping sheets should be kept stored for any future gift-wrapping.
