According to The South Bayview Bulldog it has been stated that the mart is already selling memberships as reveals through a trailer in the parking area.  

The project has been under construction since 2013. The project covers an area of almost 15,402-square-metre of warehouse store retailing giant merchandise.

The plant takes over the former Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada head office and bottling plant site located at 42 and 46 Overlea Boulevard. The site offers a lot of services with the 18 fueling pump station at a wide and extensive area with the large supermarket.
