According to weather networks there is a weather Alert for Montreal and surrounding regions as heavy rainfall is expected.

There is expected amount of 25 to 35 millimeters of rain over the identified areas throughout Wednesday night.

The alert applies to the following areas:

• Laval area
• Montreal Island area

The weather will ease off by Thursday as sun and clear conditions are expected. yet, snow is on its way on Friday, reminding us that winter is still sticking around for a bit.
